Orders can either be purchased using a credit card, Paypal or money order. When using a credit card we accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. When paying with by credit card, please have your card number, expiration date and security code available along with a correct billing address.
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase, excluding holidays. Orders are shipped via USPS. The purchaser can choose from regular ground service, three-day service, two-day air or next day air. Shipping, handling, insurance and delivery confirmation charges are billed at the prevailing rate and added to the invoice.
Any discrepancies must be reported to H &, J Motorsports, Inc. within 24 hours from the receipt of merchandise using email@example.com. Customer Service will respond within 24 hours.
All merchandise goes through quality control prior to shipment. All claims for damages or loss in transit must be made within 24 hours with USPS and H &, J Motorsports, Inc. using firstname.lastname@example.org. Customer Service will respond within 24 hours.
Any returns to H &, J Motorsports, Inc. must have an RGA (returned goods authorization) by our Customer Service Department. To receive this number you must contact H &, J Motorsports, Inc. using email@example.com BEFORE returning merchandise. Returned products MUST be in new, unused, uninstalled, and complete with all parts, including original shipping package.
RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING CHARGE FOR ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED. All returns must be "PREPAID POSTAGE" and "FULLY INSURED".
In cases where a return is due to our error, we will refund the prepaid ground freight charges. Return claims must be made within 5 days from the receive date of the shipment. A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returns. Refunds will only be made by means of the original purchasing method (credit card, Paypal or money order) when returned item(s) have been received at H &, J Motorsports, Inc. SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
Any customer who refuses delivery of an order will be required to pay the additional return freight charges and a 15% restocking fee. These charges must be paid in full before any future orders will be accepted and shipped.

Every effort is made to sell a quality part that is free from defects under normal use and service. Each product is warranted for a specified period of time by the Manufacture. Warranty time periods range all the way up to 2-years (please check each product for its specific warranty period.)
H &, J MOTORSPORTS, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INJURY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER TYPES OF DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR MISUSE OF ITS PRODUCTS, OTHER THAN THE LIABILITY STATED ABOVE.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties of merchantability or fitness for use. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
